Account Registration

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Each individual — identified by name, date of birth, physical address, payment method, device, or IP address — may hold only one registered account. Any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or accumulated VIP points held within closed duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Deposits & Payments

wyn88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Visa, and Mastercard.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Wherewyn88 identifies a deposit from a payment source not belonging to the registered Member, the deposit may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

wyn88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transfer or conversion charges, for which wyn88 accepts no responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network gas fees payable to the blockchain network, not to wyn88.

Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification has been completed and approved; (b) no active investigation is in progress on the account; (c) the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold has been met; and (d) all wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been fulfilled.

Account Suspension & Termination

wyn88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or supplementary rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or potentially criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified family member on their behalf.
• Any requirement under applicable law or regulatory directive.
